We Are Hiring
-Approval OfficerA leading healthcare facility in Ajman is looking for a qualified and motivated Approval Officer to join its Insurance Department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical coding and insurance processes, along with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Medical Coding certification is required.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in medical insurance, approvals, or a similar healthcare role.
- Currently based in Ajman.
- Holds a valid UAE Residence Visa Spouse, Parent, Student, or Own Visa.
- Comfortable working according to the Insurance Department’s split-duty schedule.
- Good computer skills with the ability to work efficiently with digital systems.
- Familiarity with EMR and medical insurance platforms is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in medical approvals, insurance coordination, or healthcare administration will be an advantage.
