Human Resource Manager

We are recruiting for a Human Resource Manager to be based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. The role involves managing core HR functions and ensuring regulatory compliance within the organization.

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Oversee performance management and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies.
• Handle HR administration and maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Conduct training and development initiatives.
• Manage talent and succession planning.
• Prepare data-driven HR reports and analysis.

• Strong expertise and experience in core HR functions.
• Demonstrated experience in HR policy development, HR administration, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial sectors, ideally within the GCC region, is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.

• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulatory compliance.
• Understanding of best practices for workplace health, safety, and employee well-being.
• Skills in training and development, talent management, and succession planning.
• Proficiency in HR information systems, MS Office tools, and ERP software.
• Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

Employment / Job Type: Full Time

Salary: GBP 10000 – 12000 per year
