OverviewThis isn’t another LXD role. It’s the chance to redefine what learning feels like—crafting experiences inside the OS for Human Greatness Augmented with AI. Science-backed, design-led, AI‑powered, global.
At Paradox we’re building a new category: a system that fuses neuroscience, design, AI, and behavioral transformation so people don’t just consume knowledge but rewire who they are. You’ll design experiences, not lessons.
Why It MattersGreatness is trainable. We empower people at scale, leveraging cutting‑edge tech like AI and crafting user experiences with outstanding aesthetics. We merge human intelligence (coaches, peers, mentors), structured intelligence (protocols, mental models, rituals), and technological intelligence (AI personalization, feedback loops, adaptive journeys) to create the Paradox OS.
Your MissionAs a Learning Experience Designer, you’ll bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to craft experiences that make people say: “This didn’t just teach me, it changed me.” Every cycle you lead will integrate protocols, loops, personalization, and AI agents.
Key Responsibilities- Own the full learning system architecture—from design to execution.
- Design journeys, not just content and lessons.
- Script learning experiences that engage both heart and brain.
- Ensure every feature supports the evolution of the Paradox ecosystem: loops, PX agents, protocols, membership.
- Craft premium, high‑impact course experiences.
- Co‑create courses with top performers, translating their genius into cinematic, science‑based learning journeys.
- Lead end‑to‑end design of courses: strategy, content delivery, asset creation.
- Write and optimize prompt chains for AI conversations, refining tone and flow until every exchange feels human and transformative.
- Analyze, measure, iterate to increase transformation and stickiness; define KPIs that go beyond completion.
- Conduct desk and user research to inform courses, personas, and curriculum.
- Be obsessed with user problems: talk to users weekly, analyze patterns, and identify where transformation breaks.
- Apply principles from habit formation, self‑determination theory, and behavioral triggers to drive daily practice and retention.
- 3–6 years as a Learning Designer, Instructional Designer, or Experience Designer (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred).
- Shipped at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable results.
- Comfortable with AI tools and Figma.
- Proven track record designing and delivering digital learning experiences across a variety of asset types (video, written articles, assessments, interactive experiences).
- Portfolio of cinematic or narrative‑rich courses or learning programs.
- Craft‑obsessed: driven to create beyond 9‑5, with a doer mentality and bias for outcomes.
- Strong writing and editorial skills for high‑quality external content.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility; cares how the course “feels.”
- User‑ and impact‑obsessed: focuses on outcomes, not outputs.
- Critical thinker: turns vague problems into clear hypotheses, challenges assumptions, and rebuilds models with data and insight.
- Digital and AI savvy: can build AI agents or demonstrates ability to learn while applying.
- French: native.
- English: fluent, able to hold detailed conversations.
The role requires intense focus on emotional shifts, language nuance, and iterative writing. It’s for people who are ready to iterate line‑by‑line and can handle high intensity and hands‑on AI agent development.
