Job Summary
The Banking IT & Application Support Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining banking applications and IT systems to ensure smooth business operations, security, compliance, and high system availability. The role involves overseeing application and IT support, vendor coordination and system integrations.
Experience Required- 10+ years of experience in IT applications/support within banking or financial services.
- Experience managing banking applications and production support.
- Knowledge of core banking systems and banking operations.
- Experience with application support and incident management.
- Understanding of SQL databases, APIs, integrations, and middleware.
- Familiarity with banking security standards and compliance.
