- Analyze business processes and identify how Odoo modules can be configured to meet client requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications.
- Configure Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting) to align with specific business workflows and user needs, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Design and develop custom Odoo solutions, including reports, workflows, and minor developments, when standard configurations are insufficient.
- Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to empower end-users and ensure successful adoption of the Odoo system.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresher's are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of core business processes in areas like finance, supply chain, sales, and manufacturing.
- Odoo certifications (e.g., Odoo Certified Professional) are highly advantageous.
