Senior Social Media Executive

• Plan, create and publish posts, reels and stories for Facebook, Instagram and Linked In.
• Write captions, coordinate basic designs and videos, and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Run lead generation campaigns that bring enquiries through Whats App, website forms and email.
• Set up, monitor and improve Facebook and Instagram ads through Meta Ads Manager.
• Assist with Google Ads campaigns, including search ads and conversion tracking.
• Create email campaigns and help maintain organized customer and lead lists.
• Reply to social media messages and comments, and coordinate lead follow-up with the sales team.
• Improve basic website SEO, including page titles, descriptions, headings and content.
• Report regularly on ad spend, leads, cost per lead, website traffic and campaign results.

• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing.
• Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and an understanding of Google Ads.
• Experience generating leads through social media and Whats App.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing and website SEO.
• Good English writing and communication skills.
• Ability to create simple content using tools such as Canva and edit short videos.
• Comfortable working on-site in Ajman.

Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Search Console or Arabic content is an advantage.
