Job Vacancy – Logistics Specialist in Factory

Location:

• Coordinate and manage domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Handle import and export operations, including customs clearance, shipping documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor inventory movements and maintain accurate stock records across warehouses.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Sales, and Warehouse teams to ensure product availability and uninterrupted supply.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping companies, customs brokers, and government authorities.
• Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
• Analyze logistics performance, prepare reports, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Identify opportunities to optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution costs while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE/GCC logistics and trade regulations.
• Utilize ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to maintain accurate operational data and streamline logistics processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the perfume, cosmetics, manufacturing, or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and international shipping operations within the UAE and GCC.
• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, and supply chain coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/WMS systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Fluency in English is required. Arabic is an added advantage.
