The Technical Supervisor will lead the technical maintenance function across CO-2 and CO-3, directly supervising a six
person multi-trade technical team. The Technical Department has two permanent work streams: maintenance and technical
works for the landlord-owned residential units, and Civil/MEP technical works relating to the common areas and shared
building infrastructure.
The role is responsible for technical assessment, work planning, technician allocation, execution oversight, quality control,
preventive maintenance, documentation, stock usage and technical closure across both work streams.
The Technical Supervisor reports to the Property Manager. Day-to-day operational coordination will primarily be with the
Leasing Manager for landlord-unit readiness, move-in/move-out and tenancy-related technical requirements, and with the
Building Manager for common-area and building MEP requirements.
This is not simply a senior technician position. It is a supervisory and operational-management role requiring control of
people, work orders, maintenance standards, materials, quality, technical risk and the development of professional
technical systems.
