Overview

Project Manager vacancy in Ajman, UAE. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to budget. You will direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills. We are seeking a results-oriented individual with a track record of success in managing projects throughout their lifecycle. A thorough understanding of Project Management processes and methodology is essential.

• Plan, develop and manage projects from conception through completion
• Develop project schedules, resource plans and budgets
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of project plans
• Monitor project progress against timeline and budget
• Regularly report on progress to senior executives
• Ensure all stakeholders adhere to the agreed-upon project scope
• Lead risk identification, mitigation strategies and issue resolution activities
• Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
• Establish governance structure for the project team including roles & responsibilities
• Define quality standards & criteria for deliverables throughout the project lifecycle

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is preferred
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage
• At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in a similar role
• Proven track record of successful management of projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge in MS Office suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers/external partners
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Able to lead virtual teams across multiple locations
• Experience working in both Agile & Waterfall frameworks
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
