Project Manager
Our client is hiring for the position of Project Manager role.
Responsibilities- Develop and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for all assigned projects.
- Coordinate with department heads to align project objectives and requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and permits are obtained before project commencement.
- Track progress and proactively resolve potential delays or bottlenecks to ensure on-time completion.
- Prepare project cost estimates and monitor actual expenditures against approved budgets.
- Implement cost control measures and provide periodic financial updates to the Administration Manager.
- Maintain accurate project records, drawings, contracts, and handover documentation.
- Prepare and submit regular project progress reports completion certificates.
