We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization and ensuring that our goals and objectives are met.

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
• Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to facilitate growth and development
• Create and maintain budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of all operations
• Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Address any customer or employee concerns in a timely manner

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven track record of achieving targets and meeting deadlines
• Ability to work well under pressure
