Equipment Operator

Overview

Run and monitor process plant and centers in the appointed location based on operating procedures and Company s HSE standards.

Execute designated functional job safely to designated criteria in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Oversee the raw materials brought into the plant and ensure that the essential quality checks have been done to obtain pure basic materials.
• Execute routine inspections of equipment for abnormalities, report issues noted in equipment, and collaborate with the reporting manager to schedule maintenance.
• Adjust and monitor the variations of rates, temperatures, pressures, and flow rates as necessary to ensure that shutdown and start-up procedures are properly executed.
• Prepare the plant/equipment for maintenance to guarantee accurate and correct performance in synchronization with other equipment and the plant.
• Ensure compliance with all pertinent safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to guarantee staff safety, regulatory compliance, delivery of high-grade products/services, and a responsible environmental mindset.
• Communicate and comply with guidelines of the Manager to accomplish duties efficiently and safely.
• Take system samples as advised and send them to the quality division for quality evaluation.
• Record and generate detailed reports of production quality and production quantity for senior management.
• Execute various other tasks as assigned.

• Capability
  
  Required:
  
  Understanding of Block Device Driver.
• Knowledge: Safety.
• Ability: To work under stress.

• Technical Diploma in Civil/Electrical field or ITI
• More than 4 years relevant experience in same field.
