Responsibilities
- Measure clients and interpret design specifications accurately.
- Cut, stitch and assemble uniforms based on patterns and requirements.
- Ensure proper fitting and finishing of garments.
- Handle industrial uniforms, coveralls, polo shirts and corporate wear.
- Operate sewing machines and tailoring equipment efficiently.
- Maintain high-quality stitching and finishing standards.
- Work closely with design and production teams.
- Repair and alter uniforms when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a tailor (uniform industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cutting, stitching, and garment finishing.
- Experience in industrial and corporate uniforms is an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand patterns and measurements.
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle bulk orders.
- Team player with good communication skills.
