We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee production, ensure food safety and quality compliance, and lead factory operations and teams to achieve efficiency and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily production operations and ensure output targets are met efficiently and safely.
- Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
- Manage production planning, workflows, inventory, and equipment utilization.
- Lead, train, and supervise production teams to ensure performance and discipline.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coordinate maintenance, hygiene, and overall factory operational standards.
- 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing, production, or quality assurance.
- Proven experience managing factory operations and production teams.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety, and quality control systems.
- Understanding of production planning, process improvement, and workflow optimization.
- Experience with food manufacturing equipment and production processes.
- Food, Chips, India sweets like muruku. Exp is mandatory.
