- Expertly operate spray painting equipment to apply precise and consistent coatings to glass bottles ensuring a flawless finish
- Accurately mix custom color formulations according to strict specifications achieving exact shades and opacity for brand consistency
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of spray guns mixers and related equipment to guarantee optimal performance and longevity
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the painting process identifying and rectifying any defects such as runs drips or uneven coverage
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in spray painting, preferably within the glass manufacturing or decorative coatings industry.
- Proven ability to precisely mix and match colors, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and color accuracy.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining various types of spray painting equipment and color mixing machinery.
