Are you an experienced Production Supervisor with a background in PVC/UPVC pipe manufacturing
?
Join a leading industrial manufacturing company in Ajman and take charge of production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and team performance.
Industry: PVC / UPVC Pipe ManufacturingKey Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure targets and quality standards are met.
- Monitor and control production parameters such as temperature, pressure, and material feed.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep and minimal downtime.
- Train, guide, and oversee production staff to maintain smooth workflow.
Implement and monitor safety, hygiene, and quality control measures.
- Maintain accurate production reports and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in PVC/UPVC or plastic extrusion manufacturing .
- Strong technical knowledge of extrusion machines and mold changeovers .
- Diploma or Bachelors in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering preferred.
- Ability to manage a team and meet production KPIs.
Good communication and leadership skills.
