We are a well-established bakery in Ajman seeking an experienced Baker to join our talented team As a Baker you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing baked goods according to our recipes and standards This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ and we are specifically looking for Indian candidates who are fluent in English
Key Responsibilities- Prepare a variety of baked goods such as bread pastries cakes and cookies
- Follow recipes accurately and ensure consistency in product quality
- Monitor baking process adjust oven temperatures and baking times as needed
- Decorate baked goods using various techniques to enhance their appearance
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and equipment and place orders when necessary
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role minimum 2 years
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read understand and follow recipes
- Creativity in decorating baked goods is preferred
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects up to 50lbs
- Good communication skills in English
- Competitive salary of 1500$ per month
