- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations
- Monitor the production line to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure that production meets quality standards and that production targets are met within the given timeframe.
- Preparing daily filling & blending Plans, Schedules & Execution
- Making of production operator check sheet & blending batch sheet
- Schedule, assign tasks, supervise production workers and oversee the production process.
- Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
- Conduct regular audits and walk around to review the potential losses in the areas of responsibility.
- Report near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to the line Manager within the time frame as required by QHSE policy and Manuals.
- Monitor production-related consumables and procurement of related items
- 6 - 10 years’ experience in a similar position handling lubricant production in a reasonably complex multinational environment, preferably from the lubricants industry
- Hands-on experience in Safety, ISO 9001 (Quality) & ISO 14001 (Environmental) Management systems
- Ability to lead and motivate a team toward common goals
- Strong technical skills in production processes and equipment.
- Degree in engineering or another relevant area.
