A garment factory in Ajman is looking for a Tajima Embroidery Machine Operator to join its production team.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate Tajima embroidery machines according to designs and production orders.
Prepare garments, hoops, threads and suitable needles.
Adjust thread tension and colour sequences, and monitor stitch quality.
Ensure accurate embroidery placement and neat finishing.
Troubleshoot routine operating issues and perform regular cleaning and basic machine care.
Meet production deadlines and maintain an organised work area.
Work location:
Ajman, United Arab Emirates - on-site.
Hands-on experience operating Tajima embroidery machines.
Good understanding of hooping, thread tension, needles and embroidery quality.
Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
Ability to follow production instructions and work effectively with a team.
Practical experience is sufficient; no formal academic qualification is required.
