Social Media Manager
Strategy Planning
Develop and execute distinct social media strategies for each school respecting their different audiences:
Arab national families at Abu Obaida, Indian expatriate families at Wise UAQ. Maintain a shared content calendar aligned to the academic year, key events, and admissions cycles. Set monthly goals for growth, engagement, and admissions enquiries.
Produce and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In, and Whats App channels. Shoot and edit short‑form video reels, photos, and graphics on campus or brief and coordinate the creative team. Cover school events live (graduations, sports days, cultural days, competitions, National Day celebrations). Produce bilingual content:
English, Arabic, appropriate to each school’s audience.
Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally, escalating admissions and complaint enquiries to the right team. Celebrate student, teacher, and school achievements. Support admissions campaigns with targeted seasonal content.
Governance & ReportingEnsure strict compliance with child safeguarding and media‑consent policies before any student appears in content. Keep all content aligned with UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) norms and each school’s brand guidelines. Report monthly on performance: reach, engagement, follower growth, enquiries generated.
