Digital Marketing Specialist

AVA NEXUS is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the company's digital presence and the marketing of our services across technology, AI, digital solutions, consulting, and business services.

• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts.
• Execute and monitor paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant digital platforms.
• Prepare and organize content plans and publishing schedules in coordination with the design and content team.
• Create and develop marketing and advertising content for services and campaigns.
• Support the digital marketing of the company's various services and projects.
• Execute lead generation campaigns and support customer acquisition activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, results, and key performance indicators.
• Follow up on digital inquiries and engagement and direct potential leads to the relevant team.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and developments across digital platforms.
• Support the digital launch and promotion of new services and projects.

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
• Good hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Understanding of Lead Generation and Performance Marketing.
• Strong marketing and content‑writing skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and performance measurement tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Good English communication skills are an advantage.
• Previous experience in B2B, technology, or professional services marketing is an advantage
