Cluster Marketing Executive

• Support the implementation of approved marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions for Fairmont Ajman and Fairmont Fujairah
• Coordinate marketing activities across rooms, food & beverage, spa, and events
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to Fairmont and Accor brand guidelines
• Coordinate the creation, updates, and distribution of marketing collateral
• Assist in managing social media content calendars and support content creation
• Coordinate website content updates, including offers, promotions, and imagery
• Support PR initiatives, media visits, influencer collaborations, and hosted experiences
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and post-campaign evaluations
• Maintain marketing trackers, asset libraries, and budget follow-ups

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing or communications
• Hospitality or luxury brand experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with strong brand awareness
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across two properties
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
