Maternity​/L&D Nurse — Expert Care CME

Job Requirements

• Mandatory possession of an active, verifiable MOH (Ministry of Health) Registered Nurse License, or a fully processed Evaluation Letter with a completed Dataflow PSV report.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of continuous post-graduate clinical experience strictly within a hospital Labor & Delivery or Maternity ward; active BLS and NRP certifications are required.
• Exceptional ability to communicate clearly under high-stress clinical situations in English; native proficiency in Arabic is highly prioritized for local patient demographics.

• Execute comprehensive patient care plans in a high-volume maternity ward, safely monitoring fetal heart rates and assisting specialist obstetricians during complex deliveries.
• Administer critical medications and closely monitor postpartum patient vitals, ensuring absolute zero-error documentation on electronic health records in alignment with MOH standards.
• Maintain absolute compliance with regional infection control mandates, safely handling medical waste and ensuring the ward is fully prepared to pass unannounced regulatory health audits.

• Competitive monthly base salary (6,000 – 8,500 AED) fully aligned with UAE MOHRE labor regulations, supplemented by strict shift allowances and overtime pay for rotational night duty.
