Registered Nurse – Ajman, UAE

We are a reputable healthcare facility in Ajman, UAE seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing education and support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Adhere to all infection control policies and procedures
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

• Valid nursing license from Pakistan or any African country with minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution preferred
• Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
