Provide direct patient care assisting with activities of daily living ADLs such as bathing dressing and feeding ensuring comfort and dignity Monitor vital signs and document observations accurately reporting any significant changes or concerns to the supervising nurse promptly Administer prescribed medications as directed by the nurse ensuring correct dosage route and timing Assist with patient mobility including transfers ambulation and repositioning to prevent complications and promote safety
- Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in a home healthcare or long-term care setting.
- Proficiency in basic nursing procedures, including vital sign measurement, medication assistance, and ADL support.
- DHA or MOH license required.
