Staff Nurse
The position of Staff Nurse is a vital role within our healthcare facility located in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team and provide quality care to our patients. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, creating and implementing care plans, administering medications, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse is required for this position. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1200$ per month.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications as prescribed by doctors
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse in a healthcare setting
- Valid nursing license from country of origin (Indian nursing license preferred)
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are an asset)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Compassionate attitude towards patients with excellent bedside manner
