Job Description- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individual care plans
- Monitor patient's condition and progress, making appropriate reports
- Administer medications, treatments and other health care services
- Provide support to family members and caregivers of patients
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualifications
- Valid Nursing license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing
