QHSE Officer

The QHSE Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all health, safety, environmental and quality standards within facility management operations.

• Develop, implement and maintain QHSE policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits and risk assessments across facilities.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and report QHSE performance metrics.
• Conduct incident and accident investigations and prepare reports.
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks and training sessions.
• Ensure proper documentation and record‑keeping for audits and compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams on QHSE matters.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment at all sites.
• Support ISO standards implementation (ISO
  9001, ISO
  14001, ISO
  45001).

• Minimum 5+ years in a QHSE role within Facility Management or a related industry.
• Certifications (mandatory): NEBOSH (IGC or equivalent), IOSH (Managing Safely or equivalent). OSHAD / OSAD certification (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience in handling audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Currently residing in Dubai, UAE and available at short notice (or immediately).
• Experience managing multiple FM sites.
