Inspect incoming raw materials and ensure they meet approved specifications.
Conduct in-process quality inspections during production.
Check film thickness, width, printing, lamination, sealing, cutting and overall product quality.
Conduct final inspection of finished products before dispatch.
Identify quality defects, rejection and rework and coordinate with the Production Team.
Maintain QC inspection reports, checklists and quality records.
Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
Coordinate with Production, Printing, Lamination, Slitting and Bag Making teams.
Assist in handling customer complaints and quality investigations.
Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and customer specifications
Relevant experience in Flexible Plastic / Packaging Manufacturing preferred.
Knowledge of plastic film, printing, lamination, slitting and bag-making processes.
Good understanding of quality inspection and defect identification.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented.
UAE experience will be an added advantage.
