Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Property Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties in Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing tenants and handling tenant relations.
- Following up on rent collection and lease-related matters.
- Supervising maintenance requests and service providers.
- Conducting regular property inspections.
- Coordinating with property owners and preparing operational reports.
- Supervising site staff and ensuring smooth property operations.
- Managing handover and move-out procedures.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or real estate operations.
- Experience managing residential and/or commercial buildings.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance coordination and tenant management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. - Experience in preparing reports and coordinating with property owners, tenants, and contractors.
- Bahraini nationals only.
