About the ClientA premier real estate developer specializing in integrated property development, facilities management, and investment solutions across the Northern Emirates and Dubai.
Job Description- Manage day-to-day property and leasing administration, maintaining accurate tenant files, lease agreements, property records, and related reports.
- Coordinate professionally with commercial and retail tenants, following up on lease documentation, renewals, pending matters, and other property-related requirements.
- Liaise with different departments to ensure timely completion and proper documentation of tenant/property matters.
- Maintain trackers, reports and correspondence ensuring records and lease documents are complete and up to date.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in property administration, leasing or property management, with at least 1 year in Free Zone.
- Good understanding of property management and leasing procedures, preferably involving commercial and retail tenants.
- Strong communication and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills
