The candidate should be able to identify potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, promote available properties, arrange viewings, follow up with leads, and assist clients throughout the transaction process.

A positive mindset, resilience, honesty, and a strong work ethic are important qualities for this role. The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team will be highly valued. Knowledge of the UAE property market, particularly Ajman and the surrounding areas, is an advantage. Previous experience in real estate, sales, marketing, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.

Good English communication skills are required, while additional languages are an advantage.
