Research Analyst — Full‑time (Ajman, UAE) Salary: AED 1,500–2,000 per month.
About the RoleWe are looking for a sharp, self‑driven Research Analyst to support the CEO and Chief of Staff at Sahara Group. This is a ground‑level role with direct exposure to leadership, requiring someone who can move fast, figure things out independently, and deliver clean output across research, outreach and reporting. If you know how to use AI tools to punch above your weight and can close a conversation on the phone or over email, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities Research and Analysis- Conduct general research on markets, companies, individuals, properties, and opportunities as directed by the CEO and CoS.
- Synthesise findings into clear, concise reports and briefing notes.
- Track sector developments, competitor activity and market trends relevant to group interests.
- Build and maintain reference databases, trackers and research libraries.
- Prepare weekly and ad‑hoc reports for internal leadership use.
- Structure and format outputs clearly whether a one‑pager, a summary deck or a data table.
- Maintain organised records of research correspondence and task outputs.
- Support preparation of presentations and briefing materials as needed.
- Reach out to real estate agents, brokers, vendors and external contacts on behalf of the group.
- Set up meetings, calls and site visits, following through until confirmed.
- Handle high‑priority connects over phone and email with professionalism and persistence.
- Track all outreach activity and report pipeline status regularly to the CoS.
- Use Claude AI at an intermediate to advanced level (Level 3 to
5) to accelerate research, drafting, analysis and task execution. - Demonstrate ability to build and run simple AI‑assisted workflows and prompts for repeatable tasks.
- Apply code‑agent capabilities where relevant for data extraction, formatting automation and bulk outreach drafts.
- Starting salary of AED 1,500 to AED 2,000 per month (subject to revision at the 6‑month mark based on performance review).
- Direct working exposure to the CEO and Chief of Staff.
- Hands‑on experience across real estate investments and group operations.
- Fast‑paced, no‑bureaucracy environment where output is what counts.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record of closing high‑priority outreach: meetings set, connections made, responses generated via phone or email.
- Street smart, resourceful, and able to operate with minimal hand‑holding.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Knowledge of UAE real‑estate market preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; comfortable with spreadsheets and structured data.
- Organised, deadline‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple research tracks simultaneously.
- Based in or able to commute to Ajman.
