Chef de Cuisine
We are in search of a passionate and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team at a renowned restaurant in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in high-end dining establishments. The primary responsibilities will include overseeing the kitchen operations, creating and executing seasonal menus, training and managing kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The candidate must have excellent culinary skills, creativity, leadership abilities, organization skills, and be able to work well under pressure. Knowledge of Malayalee cuisine would be a plus. Salary offered is 1500$.
