We are seeking a friendly and efficient Junior Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Ajman. As a junior member of the waitstaff, your duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. No previous experience is required for this role, making it an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking for their first job.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selection
• Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
• Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately to tables
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them during their meal and addressing any concerns
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain clean and organized workstations
• Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned

• Fluency in Malayalam or Arabic preferred
• Must have own visa
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
