We are seeking an experienced and skilled Indian Chef to join our team at a fine dining restaurant in Ajman, UAE. As our ideal candidate, you should have a strong passion for cooking and creating delicious Indian dishes. You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of all Indian cuisine in our restaurant.

• Plan and develop menus for our Indian cuisine offerings
• Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation
• Order and maintain inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies
• Monitor food costs and work towards keeping them within budget
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
• Create new dishes or modify existing ones to keep up with changing trends or customer preferences
• Collaborate with other chefs to create fusion dishes or special menus for events or festivals

• Proven work experience as an Indian Chef, preferably in a fine dining setting
• Knowledge of various Indian cooking techniques, spices, and flavors
• Ability to create innovative and visually appealing dishes while maintaining traditional flavors
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
• Good understanding of food safety regulations
• Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A diploma or degree in culinary arts is preferred

The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
