Pastry Chef
We are looking for a Pastry Chef to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creating delicious desserts that leave customers wanting more. This is a great opportunity to showcase your talent and develop as a professional chef.
As a Pastry Chef, you’ll be responsible for preparing pastries and other desserts according to the recipes provided by the Head Chef. You’ll be expected to maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety as well as manage the stocks of ingredients, tools, and equipment. Additionally, you’ll need to ensure that all dishes are presented in the most appealing way possible.

- Training programs to stay up-to-date with modern techniques and trends.
- At least 5 years of experience working in pastry kitchens.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, pastries, cakes, ice creams, etc.
- Understanding of food safety regulations.
- Formal culinary education or certification is desirable but not essential if experience can be demonstrated.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail when it comes to presentation and quality control standards.
