Indian Waiter

We are hiring an experienced Indian Waiter to join our team in Ajman. As a Waiter you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders serving food and drinks and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items
• Make recommendations and take orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
• Check on customers throughout their dining experience
• Handle any customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally
• Prepare bills and process payments using POS system
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service

• Previous experience as a Waiter in a restaurant setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic math skills to handle payments accurately
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
