Indian Chef

We are hiring an experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Ajman As an Indian Chef you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious and authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant Your main duties will include planning menus managing kitchen staff and ensuring food quality and presentation meets our high standards

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Indian Chef
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to create new and unique dishes while also following traditional recipes
• Strong leadership skills to manage kitchen staff and maintain a positive work environment
• Excellent time management skills to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
• Good communication skills to coordinate with other departments and provide exceptional customer service

• Plan menu items taking into consideration dietary restrictions food costs and seasonal ingredients
• Manage kitchen staff providing guidance training and performance evaluations
• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to recipes or your own creativity
• Monitor food quality presentation and portion sizes to maintain consistency
• Ensure kitchen is kept clean organized and compliant with food safety regulations at all times
• Collaborate with other departments such as purchasing and service staff to ensure smooth operations
• Continuously develop new dishes or improve existing ones to keep up with customer preferences

Salary We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month plus additional benefits such as accommodation transportation and annual leave
