Malayalee Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ajman As a Malayalee Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability Your main duties will include managing staff controlling inventory and expenses maintaining quality standards and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a restaurant manager and possess excellent communication and leadership skills This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
• Manage and train staff members
• Create schedules and assign tasks to employees
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure quality standards are met in food preparation and service
• Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers
• Control expenses and maintain budgetary guidelines
• Conduct regular meetings with staff to ensure smooth operations

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Fluency in English is required proficiency in Malayalam is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management ordering supplies etc
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

We prefer candidates who hold a biometric passport for easy travel between their home country and UAE
