Waiters / Waitresses — Shisha Café, Ajman
Arabic & English Speaker Wanted | Full-time | Brand New Café Opening September 2026 | Accommodation Provided
We're opening a brand new shisha café in Ajman and looking for 2-3 experienced, hardworking waiters/waitresses to be part of our founding team. This is a fast-paced hospitality role where teamwork and great customer service matter most — and a great chance to grow with a new business from day one.

What You'll Do- Welcome customers, seat them, and present menus
- Take and serve food, beverage and café orders accurately
- Enter orders into the POS system
- Keep tables clean, presentable, and reset quickly
- Assist with opening/closing duties and restocking
- Support cashier duties once trained
- Help the team during busy periods, including shisha-service support duties (as trained)
- Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar and management
- Follow hygiene, safety, uniform and grooming standards
- Friendly, polite, presentable, energetic
- Reliable, honest, hardworking
- Fast learner and team player — "one team, one standard," everyone helps everyone
- Comfortable working in a shisha café environment
- Able to work under pressure during busy shifts
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Must hold your own valid UAE visa (we are not sponsoring)
- Previous café/waiter experience required
- Physically able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Salary: AED 2,000–2,500/month
- Monthly bonuses for excellent service, strong sales, and repeat customers
- Accommodation provided
- Start date:
September 2026 (new café opening) - Shift: 12 hours (including breaks)
