Head Chef
We are a high-end restaurant located in the bustling city of Ajman, seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes, as well as a strong background in culinary arts.
Responsibilities- Create and implement menu items that reflect the restaurant's concept and vision
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high quality of food preparation and presentation
- Oversee inventory and ordering of ingredients, maintaining cost control
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to create new dishes while following food trends and customer preferences
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
