We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at our coffee shop in Ajman. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Nationality preference:
  Pakistani or Egyptian
• No previous experience required, training will be provided
• Must have own visa
• Passion for coffee and customer service
• Friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle cash transactions accurately
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders accurately
• Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages according to our recipes and standards
• Keep the coffee shop clean, organized, and stocked with supplies at all times
• Handle cash transactions accurately while following proper cash handling procedures
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and special offers
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a professional manner and handling any complaints or concerns promptly
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the safety of both customers and staff members
