Barista (Indian) for a Café in Ajman

We are in search of a talented and experienced Indian Barista to join our team at a café in Ajman. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious coffee and other beverages to our customers. You should have excellent customer service skills and be able to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the work area and dining area
• Take orders from customers, process payments, and handle cash transactions
• Ensure that all food safety guidelines are followed at all times
• Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies as needed
• Provide suggestions for new menu items or promotions to increase sales
• Handle customer complaints or concerns effectively and elevate issues as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or similar role in a café or restaurant setting
• Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art skills are preferred
• Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines is required
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
• Must have a valid biometric passport
