Indian Restaurant Manager

We are in need of an experienced and skilled Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ajman. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, staff management, and customer service. Your main goal will be to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently while providing an excellent dining experience for our customers.

• Plan and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant
• Train and manage staff members to provide high-quality service
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
• Monitor financial performance of the restaurant and make necessary adjustments to improve profitability

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and cost control procedures
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus
• Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
• Must be willing to work full-time without accommodation
