Florist Assistant
We are seeking a talented and passionate Florist Assistant to join our team in Ajman. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in the floral industry and has a passion for creating beautiful arrangements.
As a Florist Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with daily shop operations, including preparing flowers, creating arrangements, and organizing inventory. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, helping them select the perfect flowers for their special occasions.
This position is suitable for men and does not require any previous experience in the floral industry. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, has a positive attitude, and is able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to a salary of 1300$, we also offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. This position is specifically open to Indian nationals or those with experience working with Indian-style flower arrangements. Fluency in English is required as you will be interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily shop operations, including cleaning, organizing inventory, and preparing flowers.
- Create beautiful flower arrangements based on customer requests.
- Provide excellent customer service by helping customers select the perfect flowers for their occasions.
- Maintain shop cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Handle transactions and maintain accurate cash register records.
- Assist with social media updates and marketing efforts.
- Continuously learn about different types of flowers and techniques for arranging them.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Must be physically fit as this job requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of different types of flowers preferred but not required.
