Merchandiser (Indian Nationals) in Ajman, UAE

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies that drive sales and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with product development teams to ensure that the right products are available at the right time and in the right locations. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for trends and market demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement merchandising plans to achieve sales goals
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure timely production of new items
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices for products
• Create attractive displays that showcase products in an appealing way
• Train store staff on merchandising techniques and product knowledge
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
• Monitor competitor activities and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

• Indian national preferred, but open to all nationalities
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge of Indian consumer preferences is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary: 1600$ per month
