• Provide friendly and professional service by greeting customers and offering prompt assistance
• Follow the Always Fresh standard to ensure all food and beverage items meet quality guidelines
• Enhance customer satisfaction through the S.E.T. principles (Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You)
• Take accurate customer orders and ensure timely service at front counter or drive‑thru
• Handle guest complaints with empathy and provide appropriate resolution on the spot
• Assist in visual merchandising and store upkeep to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Prepare menu items according to store standards, following training and safety procedures
• Record and report food temperature checks as required by operational guidelines
• Maintain compliance with all restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and safety protocols
• Accurately process transactions, handle cash, issue receipts and refunds, and manage cash till balances

• Prior experience in hospitality, quick‑service restaurants, or retail customer service roles
• Passionate about delivering outstanding guest service in a fast‑paced setting
• Able to communicate clearly and maintain a welcoming demeanor
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and committed to store hygiene and safety standards
• Basic cash handling and POS system skills are preferred
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
