Retail Sales Executive

Main Responsibilities

• Customer Service: greet customers, understand needs, recommend products, handle inquiries, complaints, returns.
• Sales: achieve daily, weekly, monthly targets; promote products, offers, upsell and cross-sell.
• Product Knowledge: maintain up-to-date knowledge; explain benefits, specs, usage.
• Store Presentation: keep shelves clean, organized, well-stocked; arrange displays per standards; monitor expiry dates.
• Inventory Management: check stock levels, report shortages; assist in receiving, counts; ensure proper storage.
• Cash Handling: process payments (cash, card), issue receipts, manage billing systems.
