Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience.
• Scan items, collect payments and give change accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Handle cash, credit and debit transactions with accuracy.
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.
• Answer customer inquiries about products or services.
• Keep track of inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Proven work experience as a cashier or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent mathematical skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers of diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills to process transactions using electronic registers.

Salary: $1500 per month, negotiable based on experience.

This is a part‑time position with flexible hours that may include weekends or evenings.

Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
